* Updates: These are done with system application, purpose and stability in mind. Not just because there are updates. Some updates do break a system and we will only install those that enhance system functionality, purpose and enhance the reliability and longevity of your device.
** Simple Issue Resolution: This is a service included in this package where we aim to resolve any issues or concerns you have noted with relative ease. Bad behaving hardware, software conflicts, misbehaving apps, that kind of thing. If the issue or concern raised cannot be simply resolved, we will contact you with a recommended course of action and seek your approval before doing so. Further charges may apply if so.
